4. Next Best Action (NBA) Engine
It eliminates operational guesswork by actively prescribing the next maneuver. Based on lead scores, it autonomously triggers WhatsApp messages, visit reminders, priority escalations, or follow-up calls.
5. Intelligent Visit Scheduling
The AI fluidly navigates customer availability to confirm visit slots. Backend workflows then verify representative schedules, allocate leads, and hardcode calendar events directly into the ecosystem.
6. Centralized Analytics & Persistence
Anchored by a dedicated PostgreSQL database, this dynamic memory layer captures event logs and transcripts, feeding directly into web dashboards to monitor agent performance and pipeline health.
